GAMEBOX.AZTerms of Use

These terms apply to everyone who uses GameBox.az. By playing on the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions: contact@gamebox.az.
1. The service
GameBox.az offers free games that run in the browser — on your own, against the computer, or with friends in online rooms. The games are free to play; the site is supported by advertising and voluntary donations. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.
2. Accounts
- You can play without an account. An account (email, Google or Facebook) keeps your progress safe and syncs it between devices.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or older where your country's law requires it.
- Give true information when you sign up and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Manage → Delete account).
3. Fair play and behaviour
When you play — especially in online rooms, leaderboards and your profile — you agree not to:
- choose a username or write or draw anything that is insulting, hateful, sexual, threatening or that pretends to be someone else;
- harass, bully or spam other players;
- cheat: use bots, scripts or modified clients, exploit bugs, or tamper with scores, coins or other players' results;
- try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site, its servers or other players' accounts;
- use the site for anything illegal.
We may remove content, reset results, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without prior notice in serious cases. If you find a bug, please tell us instead of using it.
4. Coins, gems and items
Coins, gems, cosmetic items and other rewards are virtual. They are earned by playing, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other people, and are not your property. We may change their amounts and prices for the balance of the games.
5. Content
- The site, its games, design, texts and logo belong to GameBox.az or its licensors. You may not copy or republish them without permission.
- Things you create on the site (a username, guesses and drawings in online rooms) remain yours; you allow us to show them to other players in the game and to store them as long as needed to run the service.
6. Advertising and links
The site shows ads from Google AdSense and may contain links to other sites (for example, kofe.al for donations). We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of those sites. Please do not click ads on purpose to generate revenue — this is against Google's rules.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it working and your progress safe, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, or that progress will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, GameBox.az is not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
